In Qi Gong Class today April 18, 07

We began by going into the Qi Gong State. I spoke of the heart and how our attention to our body awakens our underlying pure and perfect health:

There is no mistake that the heart is seen as symbol for love. As we become aware of our heart, the physical organ within our chest, we may experience a deepened feeling of love… a presence of love throughout our entire bodies. This is a pleasurable feeling that goes deep into who we are, with every cell of our body and being responding in love.

As our heart pumps blood throughout our bodies, our blood can be alive and full of love… activating the loving essence of all the cells it reaches.

Love is a physical characteristic that is always within us, but we can become distracted by the hardships of life and the difficulties of health. Love is nonetheless within us, within our flesh and body. We, however, must focus our attention upon ourselves to bring the awareness and activity of love to its full physical potential.

You do not have to manufacture or create a “loving feeling” and send it throughout your body; all you have to do is relax, go into a Qi Gong state, focus your closed eyes upon the tip of our nose, and from there see a ruby red arc going out and back into your heart.

Pause at this point, feel and be aware of your physical heart, the beautiful muscle within your body pumping warm and nourishing blood to every cell. You may feel love, or simply warmth, or you may feel nothing at all: it does not matter. Simply observe.

And practice, practice, practice! Just a few minutes a day in the Qi Gong State, once in the morning and once at night, over time, will result in significant results. The results come about in the same way continued droplets of water redesign a mountain range over eons of time. Qi Gong works much faster!

Do Qi Gong and make your body come alive! The template for health is within you, in every cell, but it takes your gentle attention and regular focus to activate this state of natural wellness. It takes you to do this! Do it!
