Five Organ Breathing Qi Gong--Short Introduction




Warm-up

Pull Qi out of ground--push Qi back into ground

Liver Breathing

Breathe in good liver Qi--breathe out bad liver Qi

Heart Breathing

Breathe in good heart Qi—Breathe out bad heart Qi

Stomach/Spleen Breathing

Breathe in good stomach Qi--breathe out bad stomach Qi

Lung Breathing

Breathe in good lung Qi—Breathe out bad lung Qi

Kidney Breathing

Breathe in good kidney Qi—Breathe out bad kidney Qi

Triple Burner (Fluids) Breathing

Breathe in good Qi for bodily fluids—Breathe out bad fluids Qi

Full Closing

Rub hands--wash face--comb scalp--and massage ears.
Pat top of head,--front of body--tops of arms--down sides.
Rap back/kidneys--Make circles with chin.
Play with Qi Ball.
