Everything you see, everything you do will take you to you if that is your intent. If this is not your intent, then nothing happens. And nothing you do will take you to you.
However, Qi Gong is the exception. The intent is within the form, practiced generation by generation over time. Taking the behavior into its perfection, like singing a song in tune.
