You Can Always Change

You can change anything you want by changing your thoughts, feelings, and reactions to life situations.

You begin to change by changing one simple thing at a time, and sticking with that change until it is done.

At a later point, when the critical mass of happy change occurs, when the practice of good living is strong and large--change for the better can happen quickly.

Eventually, one simple wish can turn the course of destiny and change the face of time.

The Strength of Patience

Our mind and self-will can interfere with the best possible outcome of a life situation.

By finding the strength and discipline of patience, we allow life to unfold in the best possible way.

In Class Today

We did Nai Dan Gong and Pu Ti Qi Gong.

We talked about wisdom:

As we age well, the body naturally supplies wisdom. It is a gift, by nature of our years, that goes beyond experience.

Look for wisdom when you need it; use your natural power of discernment.

Instead of becoming frustrated with thoughts of, "I don't know what to do" or "This is an impossible situation," request of yourself that there be a good and reasonable outcome, then wait in peace. Answers and solutions will naturally come... in their own time.

Qi Gong can give you the patience, calm and strength you may need in difficult situations. When you have to wait for a solution to life's problems, doing Qi Gong will build the ability to wait in a strong and positive manner. A strong and positive manner can influence outcomes.

Doing Qi Gong can allow the best of possible outcomes to emerge.

Doing Qi Gong can give you the perspective to know what to do, and what not to do.

Doing Qi Gong can allow you to get out of your own way.

Doing Qi Gong may allow you to get out of the way of good fortune coming your way.

Good fortune is always present and ready to happen; it does not happen only because of our own resistance to it.

Qi Gong allows for the experience of the deep power and strength of self. External difficulties may seem less important, less difficult as we experience the strength, depth and natural ability of who we are.
