An Act of Union

Qi Gong is simply moving in cooperation with who you are and what the Universe is. When you and the Universe are both the same, you contain all that there is in the life of you--there is no resistance or breakdown. You do not leak, waste or decay. You have settled into the state that mystics and sage's speak of where there is no harm and only the unfettered happening of life takes place.
